The pharmaceutical factory, consisting of business premises and manufacture facilities, stretches over 15,000 m2 of floor area.

The surface area required by the client left very little ground area around the building. In response to this fact, a concept was developed where roof the manufacture facility is used as a green park with access from the top floor restaurant. The green eco roof is designed as a thematic garden, planted with vegetation used for manufacture of medication in lower floors of the building. The space is used daily as a leisure facility by Marifarm employees, and otherwise, for hosting business partners and as an educational element of the building.
