In its general sense, the residential construction of urban villas reminds us of all the surrounding building characteristics. A multi-apartment block, bourgeois villa and terraced housing. The construction encompasses nine independent buildings, connected by transparent elevators and staircases. Each unit has four, two-storey one-family houses, which can be divided into eight separate apartments. All apartments are without internal load-bearing walls, thus allowing an optional arrangement of the apartments. Also of interest is the use of local stone – tonalite from Pohorje – for transverse façades, which, in accordance with the principle of ceramic façades, are attached to the buildings.
